Privacy Policy — FTC Shopping List

Overview

FTC Shopping List is a free Android app built by FTC Creations. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled. This policy is hosted on the Nomadic Worker website, as both apps are developed by FTC Creations

Data Stored on Your Device

FTC Shopping List stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Shopping list items and categories you create
  • Purchase history and prices you record
  • App preferences and settings
This data never leaves your device. FTC Creations has no access to it, cannot see it, and does not collect it in any form. There is no account, no login, and no server.

Data We Do Not Collect

FTC Shopping List does not collect, transmit, or share:

  • Your name, email address, or any personal information
  • Your location
  • Device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • Usage analytics or crash reports

In-App Purchases (Optional Tip)

FTC Shopping List offers an optional tip via Google Play's in-app billing system. If you choose to leave a tip, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. FTC Creations receives confirmation that a purchase was made but receives no payment details, card information, or personal data. Google's own privacy policy governs the billing process.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only third-party component is Google Play Billing, used solely for the optional tip described above.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can simply delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data.

Children's Privacy

FTC Shopping List does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
